As far as I know, all EEC legislation is published simultaneously in all
the languages of the member countries - or at least in English and
French, in any case. So, it\264s highly likely that if you obtained
your German version of this law from an EEC office, they would be able
to provide a version of it in English as well, or at least tell us where
we might find it.
