CPrs,

My Pinguicula "weser" plants flowered for the first time recently,
the flowers are very pretty and have lasted for ages. They are a
deep pink color -very like the illustrations in cp books I have
seen. I also note that there is a very distinct, thin, white border to the
outside edge of the petals. I can't see this in any of the photos of
the clone that I have seen. Is this unusual?

My Ping. primuliflora has also recently flowered and it is absolutely
beautiful, well worth getting hold of.

I received quite a few replies to my recent requests regarding
Drosophyllum/seeds/over wintering. Thanks to everyone who took the
trouble to respond here and directly to me. I think Loyd's message
of yesterday comprehensively covered the advise I received.

I also received a few enquiries from people who would like to try
this species but who are having trouble getting seed (I know the
feeling). If anyone out there has Drosophyllum seed they are
unlikely to use (and who would go to the trouble of sending it
out..) perhaps they could let the list know.

thanks

Seosamh
