Actually mine under the nepenthes are about 5 or 6 inches across and are
covered with little plantlets...... For the moment anyway. They seem to
think they are bamboo and all die at once, irregardless of size, for no
apparent reason. Perhaps they just like sitting under the humidifier?

The D. polifera I have growing in live sphagnum in a fish bowl, sitting in a
window that gets only an hour of monrning sun. They are equally happy for
the moment. They all look good enough to die:(

High humidity and low light combined with low temps seems to be the answer?
