I think your question will be hard to answer. Different species of
Utricularia may have differing tolerances to algae (and a lot may
depend on the the health and active growth of the Utricularia). But
also there are many diffent species, genera, and families of algae
(green and blue-green algae in diffenent kingdoms!) The variablility
of infestation may depend more on the algae species than the Utricularia
species.

I think the only "resistance" Utricularia have to algae is an ability to
outgrow the algae cover.
