Use of nicotine / tobacco

I agree what Wayne Forrester has to say about poosible risks of virus. For
orchid growers apparently, even handling and cutting plants while smokingand
handling tobacco has its risks.

List members might also like to know that nicotine is many times more toxic
to mammals than most insecticides registered for home garden use. If you
need to use an insecticide stick to a licenced product and follow the label.
