I don't have the book myself, though I'll try to get it again from our
state library. (Try interlibrary loan through your local library;
virtually anything is available this way.) If you'll check out the
archives for the cp list, I posted relevant portions of this introduction
quite some time ago (1 year?), but will re-post if/when I get the book
again. Anyone who has the book, please feel free to precede me...
