I believe you will find the stalk to be red and the pollen orange as this is
the case with the 'Dingley All Red' form I grow.  The 'Royal Red' form does
tend to throw a bit of green on the stalk, but also has orange pollen.  I
would love to get my hands on an Akai Ryu for comparison, but it may be some
time before we see it down here in Oz.
