I also have a 20 gal terrarium/aquarium with Nepenthes and Cephalotus,
and, if the seeds sprout, some tropical Drosera as well. The pots are
standing on "egg crate" drop ceiling light-diffuser placed on six plastic
shot glasses (about 1.5" high). The bottom is filled up to the
egg-crate with rain water. On top I have a frame of 2x4's holding the
light fixtures with clear plastic, used to insulate windows, taped on the
bottom. The humidity stays at about 80% with temperatures of 30C (87F) day
and 26C (80F) night. The pitchers always open with fluid inside.
Although these are Nepenthes and not Sarracenia, I would imagine both
would do well in these conditions.
And I agree with the other fellow who advised you not to screw with
withholding dormancy; it'll slowly and tortuously kill the plants.
