1. some of my live sphagnum which I planted in the pot is turning brown
to black at the tips while others is bright green. Could this be due to
improper planting? ie. not planting the bottom close to the soil for rooting?
2. The sand that I use is listed as 'all-purpose' sand and on the warning
it says that it contains crystal silica . ...I have also seen sandblasters
sand which also states this warning, but I cannot seem to find any sand
which is labelled 100% silica sand. (?)
