Palo Alto Junior Museum CP Show and Sale

The Friends of the Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo will present its seventh
annual Carnivorous Plant Show and Sale on Saturday, July 20, from noon to
3:00 p.m. Members of the Bay Area Carnivorous Plant Society will provide
mature plants for display, "visiting experts" to answer questions, and
plants for the sale. There will also be a CP video, models of different
trapping mechanisms, and posters. This event is aimed toward children.

The Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo is located at 1451 Middlefield Road,
Palo Alto, California, a half block north of Embarcadero Road. For more
information, call (415)329-2111. A preview sale will be open to members of
the Friends from 11:00 a.m. to noon. Anyone can join at the door.

We can still use volunteers to answer visitors' questions. Younger members
are especially encouraged to participate in this kids oriented event. It's
a lot of fun. If any local BACPS members are interested in helping, please
