To construct an evolutionary theory does not mean to reduce the 
admiration of nature's "creativity" but it is rather a scientific 
way of appreciation.

Well, that's very generous of you but I am afraid that it in fact 
*does* matter if we ask *how* these plants could evolve (/"be 
created").

Yes, inter alia. I think that it also matters how they came here.

Nobody has entrusted us with this job. It is a matter of personal 
preference. Unfortunately (for nature), the days have not yet come 
that humankind will be forced by *natural selection* to preserve its 
natural environment.
