No it isn't illegal to sell cultivated specimens, at least not in the UK.
Marston Exotics sell it though it is expensive and I suspect lots of other
nurseries do too. You don't want to know where I got mine from, as it was an
amateur grower who wasn't very nice anyway - I thought I'd buy&run, get the
plants and never have to speak to him again. Unfortunately I will have to have
another conversation with him.
