Have you thought about using glass instead of plexiglass? It has better light transmission, the surface won't degrade
with age, no warping, no clouding or yellowing. If you can design your greenhouse to fit 2ft. by 18 inch glass sheets
you can use horticultural glass which is very cheap compared with standard window glass. This size would also be
good for standard 4ft lighting tubes.
I am planning to build a similar greenhouse but I'm short on ideas for a frame. What do you plan to use? A plastic or
aluminium extrusion seems ideal but I haven't found any suppliers yet.
