Greetings All,

My seeds of Darlingotnia and Sarracenia have now sprouted in their flats that overwintered outdoors. I know that it is generally recommended that one fertilize the seedlings to achieve maximum growth but I am not sure when to begin. Suggestions?

Also does anyone have experience with different formulations (Mir-Acid, Miracle-Gro, Peter's, Rapid-Gro etc.)? Has there been any research done to show the preferential source of nitrogen (ammonia vs. nitrate)?

Thanks for your help.

Scott
