copies of Don Schnell's _CP of US & Canada_ from:

for $5.95 each plus $3 handling (checks only, no credit cards or
phone orders). I sent an order for three copies and a check for
$23 to this address, figuring that 3 copies might incur extra
postage. About a week later I got back a check for $2.15 to make
up for my overpayment and a few days later I got my three copies,
all in good shape.
