Again, this is not a fertilizer - it is a vitamin/hormone solution. (No,
I am not associated with this company nor am I selling the stuff!)
In talking to the people at California Carnivores, they seem to be very
positive about this stuff, as well. They add it to all the plants' water
(1 drop per gallon - 10 drops per gallon for new transplants) and have
been using it for years.
I understand some of the hesitation in using this stuff - after all, the
advertisement, even the bottle's label, reminds you of the old "snake
oil" ads. However, many growers are using it with only positive results
being reported. Perhaps it would be nice if someone could do some
testing of this using a carefully controlled method, but it seems
unnecessary to hold off using it if noone seems to have negative results
to report (?).
Out of curiosity -- has anyone had any negative experiences with Miracid
being used (monthly basis) as a foliar spray?
I will get off the soapbox for SUPERThrive ... promise!
