New Nepenthes Book

Hi Folks,

I dont quite understand the problem some people have with ordering the
new Nepenthes book. I faxed 'Natural History Publications (Borneo)
SDB.BHD' and they sent the book by airmail with an invoice. I
obtained a check in Malaysian Ringit from my local bank, and send the
thing of to Malaysia. Thats all.
