Details of how to get this are already posted.

Both a surface and air mail service are available. The price quoted in
the earlier announcement is inclusive of surface mail. The air mail
service raises the cost by 80% (yes 80 percent).

We were also advised that orders are accepted by FAX idf using a credit
card. Not true. Enquiries are handled excellently by FAX. In my case,
they required a signature along with card details so a confirmation
snail mail proved essential.

And finally, I too guess my copy is floating slowly to me. I guess the
surface delivery could take up toa bout 6 weeks (on average). (By the
way, surface mail rules are generally as follows: any object posted
surface mail to an international address gets put onto the first
available ship travelling to that country destination. So if you're in
England and mailing to Spain, the mail could get put on a ship that is
travelling to Spain (a near neighbour) via USA, S. America and so on.
You could end up with a package that travels around the entire globe to
arrive less than a thousand miles from the origin!)
