Allen would get the same sweet deal as any other contributor. He
would have full acknowledgment in the text that is associated with
each of his pics. He could also provide a bio and photo to be
linked with his acknowledgement.
I would also have no problem with a blurb on each image saying: "picture
scanned from Allen Lowrie's book..." along with full bibliographic
details for ordering.
