I think the idea is very good (best to my understanding it was
one of the aims from the beginning anyway) and I have absolutely no
problems if my photographs are published that way:-)
However it is certainly not legal regarding copyright laws to use the
photographs in cases where the author reserved his copyright (as in
my case....) without checking for permission.
