Greetings all,
My name is Brian Ellis and I am a new member to this group. I have been
interested in carnivorous plants for many years now, having purchased many
throughout the years (mostly Dionaea and Drosera) only to have them suffer
badly under my care. It is only within the last few years that I have taken
the time to study these interesting plant and learn how I can make them
flourish.
Although I have a few sundews and flytraps around, my main interest have been
the different pitcher plants. I currently have a Darlingtonia californica, a
Sarracenia, and about eight of the Nepenthes hybrids.
I am anxious to learn things from this group that will help me understand
these plants better, their individual needs, and how I might go about
satisfying these needs to make my plants grow strong and healthy.
