I have a theory for a suitable container for transporting Nepenthes
pollen
I happen to be diabetic and my blood glucose testing strips come in a
plastic cylindrical container 4"long x 2" diameter approximately. the
beauty is
built into the tops are 3g of silica gel dessicant. Perhaps they would
be usefu l for transporting seed as well to avoid mold problems. The
only problem is the y don't fit in envelopes very well.

Beware this has never been tested or tried but if it seems possible most
hospitals have a diabetic education program and could probably set you up
with donors (I use 2 containers monthly)

P.S. I'm still on the lookout for a propagating humidity dome with an adjustabl
e thermostat if anyone has heard of one in the U.S.
