I have quite a few D.indica growing successfully in sphagnum moss. They
seem to grow very rapidly - mine were around 4cm only 6 weeks after
planting the seed! The pots sit in water trays, full sun, all year
round, I've not had any problems with damping off, though this might
come into play in cooler climates?
I did quite lose a few transplanting them, so now they I germinate the
seed in parent pots.
