Hyponex Peat Moss

Mornin' (evenin'?)

I had the intention of replanting a VFT(my first) and had purchased
some "peat moss". I then looked in old mailings to see what mixture
would be appropriate (I purchased some play sand as well). To my dismay,
one message indicated that Hyponex peat moss was not peat moss. I like
to grow other plants as well, so the stuff will not be wasted; can I still
use the "peat moss" to replant my CP? I initially introduced myself, have
done a lot of reading of newsgroup postings, and was interested to know if
replanting will actually help that little plant. If I am successful, I will
venture a little further into the hobby(addiction?). Also, I tried getting
the plant to "eat", but the traps would not spring. It was live food, and
the plant has always been well watered. It is however, still in its tiny
initial pot. Is this too late in the year to try my repotting idea?

Sorry about not being especially organized. I am also maintaining other
"hobbies", and I am slow about entering this one. Thanks!
