Christoph,

N.melamphora (REINW. ex BLUME, Mus.Bot.Lugd.Batav.2:8, 1852) is based on
the same type (collected by REINWARDT on Java in 1817) as _N.gymnamphora_
(REINW. ex NEES, Ann.Sci.Nat.1.ser.3:366, 1824) but was published later.
Thus, N.m. is a superfluous nomenclatural (i.e. not only taxonomic) synonym
(i.e. not different from _N.g._) and should not be used.

Sorry for the late reply. I have forgotten to send this.
Kind regards
