Drosera Lineara question

was at the local nursery yesterday and lo and behold, they were selling
Droseras! I dont know which one I had, but I believe it is Lineara
because it is a straight line with dew at the end. I bought it because
I wanted to get some experience with Drosera and also the nursery
wasn't doing a great job in keeping them happy.
Here are my questions:
On many of the stems? I see the hairs where the dew should be, but there
is no dew on the hairs. Is this a dead "plant" and should I cut it off?
Also, on the newer stems with dew, I fiddled with the hairs, but
the plant did not curl up. The ones with no dew drops don't move
anyway.
Any help would be appreciated!
