Though I'm not at all a Drosera-specialist I remember a friend grew
D. indica outside here in Germany over the summer with heavy
fertilizing. The only time I grew them successfully I used
granite-gravel as soil which also is quite rich (also makes an
excellent soil for Byblis). Trials in peat failed at the same stage,
your plants are in. My impression is, D. indica needs fertilizing.
