I've been chuckling again at the couple of illustrations from Leonard
Bastin's _Carnivorous plants of the future_ article from Scientific America
of 1909, reproduced in Gordon Cheers' book. I wonder, does anyone know
how many of these there originally were, and if they have been reprinted
more recently?

And we have a winner of the wordsearch... and that winner is ( wait for
