I think in a recent BEN (Botanical Electronic Newsletter) that was
posted here about VFT's, that it was illegal to collect wild VFT's from
public lands (Gov't owned, parks, etc.). But it was legal to collect
from private property with the owner's permission. This was for NC.
I'm not sure about possesion of illegally collect plants.

Is there not some consevation law in Georgia for a species of Pitcher
Plants, that I've read about here?
