non-biting mosquito in sarracenia?

Maybe, there are many non-biting spp.; but in our prime we had thousands of
Sarracenia and the few that we saw Mosquitos in (mostly purpurea) contain the
regular biting kind.
I wouldn't deny yourself the pleasure of growing these fascinating plants on
the worry of a few mosquitos. The risk of a serious infestation is far less
than say with rosette forming Bromeliads.
