So, Phil,
What Mountain are you Viewing anyway?
The fun thing about the Bay Area is if you don't like the weather, cross the
street.
This is the first year since I moved to Fairfeild, that we've had tule fog.
Unlike the city fog, it dosn't roll in from anywhere. It's like a being
with a secret life that is 80% invisible, but is always there.
Have you ever seen the rain figures for Fairfax in Marin? They sometimes get
a figure that is 6x what everyone else is getting.
Not to get really off the subject, but my Aussie friend just sent me several
articles on the New(Old)tree, the Wollemi pine. No where is there a mention
of it's latin name. Does anyone know? It dosn't look like an Albies, it
looks like a Taxis. Unannounced on the 6 o'clock news was the finding of a
Proteaus, also really old, from the switch over from spores to flowers and
possible even more significant.
