My copy arrived today and the pictures are GREAT! If you
decide to order a copy, it takes a while - from the time I
dropped my check into the mail it was well over 4 weeks.
I had orginally sent these people a letter by snail mail asking
for ordering information and got back a postcard which itself
is very nice - it has pictures of 5 Malaysian Nepenthes
(N.macfarlanei, N. rafflesiana, N.sanguinea, N.lowii, and N.villosa).
