New CPN; Eastern Section of the ICPS

Just got the new CPN...it includes a flyer about the 3rd annual meeting
of the Eastern Section of the ICPS, to be held in Pennsylvania in June.
I was wondering if anyone on the net knows about the "Eastern Section
of the ICPS." Who runs it? This is supposed to be the 3rd annyual
meeting; I've been a member of ICPS for 5 years, but this is the first
time I heard of an Eastern section. When were the prior two meetings?
Since Lebanon Vallyey college is only about 1.5 hours away, I think I might
be tempted to attend. :)
