I just heard from a friend who is going to Cuba. Hopefully, she
can make contact with fellow cpers on the island. What kind of
permits would we need? Everything would have to be very legal.
I wouldn't contemplate any problem with the Cuban govt., but
the US govt.has, in the past, put many objects in the way of
normal communication. My friend is going next month.
