North American Cp

I've been growing various species of the North American CP for the last
2 years, and I have a question that maybe you all can help me with. When
I first started collecting plants, I bought most of my plants from either
Orgel's or Lee's Botanical. When looking over their lists, I noticed
several varieties of say S. flava, some costing more that others. When I
tried to find them listed in the books I have, there was no mention of
that variety or what they look like. Not wanting to pay a lot of money
for an unknown, I bought the cheepest ones figuring that if I could get
these to survive then I could move on.
Is there a list available describing the various varieties of the
differen Sarracenias? I'm to the point now in my collecting that I want
to get plants that have real nice colors, large pitchers, and so forth.
One thing that I'd like to mention that I'd like to see in books and
magazines about CP is a scale placed next to the picture of a plant or
trap to give someone an idea of the size of the plant. There have been
many times that I'd have liked to know how big that plant or what ever is.
There has also been mention here of an on-line magazine with pictures,
and I like that idea, how ever not every one has a IBM clone or a MAC.
Myself, I have an Amiga, and so would like to have the information either
in ASCII, or some other format that I could convert.
