There is a program called RTF which is an RTF translater.
It is available via anon ftp fromk indri.primate.wisc.edu in ~ftp/pub/RTF.
The most useful option to this program is rtf->troff. I was able to
troff jans.rtf without any problem.
Pretty easy port if I remember right.
