The issue of CPN with the N. rajah info is:

N. rajah. A photo showing a 5-leaf N. rajah seedling 5 inches in diameter
is on the rear cover. The pitcher is 2.5 inches and has some N. rajah
characteristics.
Other CPN articles:

on cultivating N. rajah.
Dec. 1988 (Vol. 17, No. 4): Article on N. madagascariensis with photos.
June 1988 (Vol. 17, No. 2): 2 articles on growing Heliamphora.

N. vieillardii.
Dec. 1985 (Vol. 14, No. 4): Has photo of N. carunculata.

Everyone seems interested in Uwe's Nepenthes he offers but nobody has
mentioned his offering of "S. leucophylla 'yellow flower'". I'm fairly
sure I mentioned this species in the list of plants Uwe is selling. This
is probably the anthocyanin-free variant of S. leucophylla that Barry
has been trying to get for so long.
