Just one other suggestion on greenhouses, based on a small one I built:
If it's at all possible, have one end of the greenhouse contiguous with
your house wall, including a window in a commonly used area of the
house.

Without thinking about it (no choice on location) we ended up building a
lean-to greenhouse so that one of its walls was the exterior wall of our
house including the kitchen window over the sink. In retrospect, we're
tremendously glad we did.

I understand that one feature of a greenhouse is to put (temporarily)
less attractive plants out of the main view in the house, but having the
inside of the greenhouse directly visible (and hence visually
continuous) with the inside of the house is wonderful. Rather than
feeling "oh, yeah, I really ought to go out and check the greenhouse
this morning", you see the happy plants waving in the breeze right in
front of you and feel you just want to go out and check in on them.
