OFE(mundo orchid supplies) has alifor, which is ceramic, porous pellets. I
can't remember, to be honest, which one is which, but that I believe is the
equivalent to one of them. They have several grades and are in Florida(I
think Miami).

They also have other hard to find substances(in my area, at least) such as
tree fern fiber,osmunda, coconut fiber, pumice, ect.
