Hey Listserver! Let me show you a way to propigate
Drosera easily. It doesn't work on all, but it works
on a vast majority of them. Next time you go out to a
fast food place, save your condiment containers. You
know... the little containers with snap-on lids. Of
course, take them home and clean them out. Fill them
up with distilled water, cut off a leaf from the
Drosera species you choose and throw it in the water.
It doesn't matter whether the leaf is floating or
under water. Within a few weeks, you'll see a red
swelling that kind of looks like a pimple. within a
month or two, you'll have a plant. When it starts
producing roots, pull it out of the water and plant it
up in the medium of your choice. Happy Holidays!
