Greetings

Well I made it back after the very quick trip. Found all that we set out
to see. N. gracillima (true form), N. benstonei, N. ramispina, N. sanguinea
(from apricot/pink to black), N. macfarlanei and the common lowlanders such
as
N. ampullaria, N.mirabilis and N. albomarginata. hopefully I can put it into
a story
for ICPN later. Yes I collected seed, no I didn't take plant material, just
lots of
photos.

I'll get to all the e-mails (186) in the next few days.

One for all those Nepenthes memorabilia collectors.
In the mail that was waiting for me on my return was a First Day issue of
new stamps
from Brunei. Issued on 2nd October, three stamps being,
30 sen - Rafflesia
50 sen - Rhizanthus
60 sen - Nepenthes rafflesiana, picturing 3 upper pitchers.

Cheers
Phill
