The UK publisher of the mentioned reprint is Marston House Publishers
and I couldn't find out any contact address. All I was told from
amazon UK is that it's late and still unpublished -- no new estimate.
I will announce the publication or any new info in the newsletter
and mailing list.
Besides, your question sounds as if you heard of "Carnivorous Plants"
is being reprinted, too? This would be new info, please confirm.
