Subject: In vitro seed culture

A brief question:

What concentration of Sodium hypochlorite do people use most successfully
when disinfesting seed for in vitro culture?

I'm familiar with timing, etc... but I've 1.5% hypochlorite, which I can
further dilute.

Cheers!
