Subject: Michael Szesze - how to get his book

I wrote to M. Szesze himself to buy his book: Teachers Guide to Carnivorous
Plants, but letter was returned (no forward order on file, unable to
forward). Does anybody know his last address, maybe he has e-mail address,
where else can I buy the book, maybe somebody don't need the book anymore?
