Subject: Nepenthes pollen viability-rates

Hi all
         I know this has been covered before,forgive me !! ,I did'nt take
note of the info. at the time;but how long does Nep. pollen remain viable?
Has anybody researched/studied this in detail lately.Also,is it best stored
in a freezer or fridge?.
I noticed Peter D'amato (in his book)advises freezing,I wonder if there are
any other opinions out there!!
