someone asked if neem oil was safe for use on neps, so far it has been
for me, the only problems seem to have been because of the soap its
formulated with so it can be applied as a spray but the only plant that
really didn't like this was n. northiana, and it recovered quickly w/
just a little bit of leaf burn. unfortuneatly its not always effective
stuff in my experience and even though it is so safe that it is used as
a medicine in india, the disease its primarily used to prevent is
pregnancy, it affects both men and women, the neem i mean.
